Customer pictures

We love it when our customers share photos and videos of their machines with MittX bars. We think it’s wonderful to see our products in their proper environment, contributing to getting the job done on-site. When you share your pictures with us, we ask for permission to share them in our own channels, primarily on social media and our website, but also in other types of marketing.

This is what it may look like when we publish customers’ photos in, for example, social media.

If you agree to let us publish your photo/video, you grant MittX Aluminiumproffset AB a royalty-free, worldwide license to use the material in the form of photos/videos and text in our marketing and/or communication both internally and externally, at no cost. You give us the right to retouch, distribute, modify, and edit your image. Furthermore, you give MittX consent to use the image, even if you and others can be identified, for marketing and/or advertising purposes, in accordance with Swedish law on names and images in advertising (1978:800).

You guarantee that you own and control the rights to the material that you have approved for us to use, and that you have permission from any persons appearing in the images. Additionally, you certify that you are at least 18 years old or have your guardians’ consent and that MittX’s use of your image does not violate any laws, regulations, or third-party agreements.

You hereby release MittX from any obligation to pay you for the use of your image. You release and agree to hold harmless MittX and all persons acting on behalf of MittX from all claims (including claims from third parties), liabilities, of any nature, in connection with the aforementioned use.

Swedish law governs these general terms and conditions. Any disputes arising in connection with this will be handled by the appropriate instance within the legal system.

If you wish to withdraw your consent for MittX to share your image, you must contact us at info@mittx.se and clearly state that you are withdrawing your consent.
